As part of Excelsior Films Ltd we have been transferring films since 1986 always keeping pace with the latest technology to ensure the very best results for our clients. Film transfer is overseen by Paul McGrath who hasbeen involved with film since childhood and has a large personal archive of 8mm & 16mm cine films.
He is assisted by Michael House a digital imaging specialist with many years experience.
Over the years we have transferred many small collections and large archives for families, clubs and
museums to different media for viewing or long term storage.
Film Formats. We can work with virtually all types of sound and silent cine film including 16mm, Standard 8
and Super 8.
Superior Quality. we use state-of-the-art equipment to digitally transfer the images to our editing suite. From here we balance the colour & contrast levels and correct the speed.
Free Cine Transfer DVD available on request. Shows samples and the quality of our home movies to DVD service.
